This motel was the most spotlessly clean motel room that we have ever stayed in. The floors do not have carpet & the floors were all squeaky clean. The beds & pillows were extremely comfortable & the bathroom was up to date, in great condition, & had an abundance of hot water with great water pressure. They have invested in the amenities that actually make a stay worth the money. We had pets & they allowed those for a little extra $. The heat & air unit was an older style but worked great & produced fresh clean air. Getting to the motel is a little difficult due to potholes from the nearby truck stop, but go slow & you will be fine. You will not be disappointed if you are looking for a quiet, comfortably clean place to spend the night.
Rooms were nice, we got there pretty late, the only thing was we had to speak through the glass window, couldn’t hear the lady, need one of those speakers
I had to stop for the night to get some sleep and I just picked this place randomly. It was a very nice and very clean room. Very nice people. Everything looked new. There's not any people coming and going at all hours. It was a quiet place. I definitely recommend Walnut Inn.
Conveniently located off I-40 Highway. Though a bit old fashioned the Staff was friendly and upgraded our room with our dog when the air conditioner & TV weren’t working properly.
Clean space, right off the highway, and Sharon at the front desk in the evening is a total angel!!
When we first pulled up to the hotel, I hate to sound like a snob or something, but I am like we are staying here? But the lady was pretty nice to us and let us go into our room to at least get changed (( We were going to the Ren Fair)). The rooms were great, loved it, they were spacious and they looked good. The next day all we did was stay in our room. I would stay there again.
Room (106) was clean, comfy and basic. Water pressure in shower is fantastic and great at the end of day. Parking lot is bright lit and has multiple security cameras. Room refurbished with hard floor, fresh paint, and a newer tub surround with clean chalk. Good stay for price.
Quite literally one of the best roadside hotels I’ve ever stayed in! The rooms are so spacious and incredibly clean. We had a massive shower with fantastic water pressure, and the room itself came with a fridge, microwave, and plenty of outlets for chargers. Will definitely be staying here again in the future!
